Nusselt Number

The Nusselt Number is really just a clever way to non-dimensionalize h, if you have q and want h you look up a way to get the Nusselt Number for you situation.

Defined in equation 6.48, a non-dimensional parameter representing the ratio of convection to pure conduction heat transfer.

Where is the convection heat transfer coefficient, is characteristic length, and is the thermal conductivity coefficient.
